Shiver Group Rugby was founded in 2022 by Kian Meadon, driven by his vision to foster the development and expansion of the sport, regardless of the challenges encountered along the way.

Shiver Group Rugby serves as an online platform for professional players to apply and impart their coaching expertise.

Jaco Bezuidenhout became the inaugural addition to our coaching team, and we are actively seeking to expand our coaching staff in 2024/5.

Beyond our professional pursuits, we possess an immense passion for coaching and mentoring. We aspire to collaborate with players at all proficiency levels, ranging from beginners to intermediates and advanced athletes.

We firmly believe that knowledge is a lifelong pursuit, and there is something to be learned from everyone we encounter. Our current mission is to share the wealth of knowledge accumulated over two decades, an invaluable asset that cannot be acquired through monetary means.

There exists a significant void in accessible coaching resources available to the general public, and it is our purpose to bridge this gap.

Growing up in a rugby-centric nation, we possess comprehensive insights into all levels of the sport, having actively participated in youth rugby through to the professional arena.

We provide personalized one-on-one video sessions to address technical aspects, with group sessions scheduled to commence in 2024.

Our aim is for our services to serve as the catalyst that propels you ahead of the competition, granting you a distinct advantage.
